Singer/songwriter Heather Johnson is one of contemporary soul music’s most gifted songbirds.  Her 4 octave range and sultry tone radiate with texture.  Her songs capture pure emotional depth that expresses themes

of introspective love, loss, and sensuality.  She possesses an authentic timeless quality to her voice that has garnered attention on local, national and international levels.

Born in Michigan and raised in Boston, the budding vocalist came from a family of singers, musicians and avid vinyl collectors.  After college heather moved to Atlanta and quickly became one of the featured muses of Ananda Project. Heather has a number of accolades and has sang background for artists like Mary J. Blige, Gerald Levert, Isaac Hayes, Smokey Norville, Tamia, and Yolanda Adams performing in front of capacity crowds in New York, Miami, Atlanta, Detroit, Nashville, Tokyo and more. As she confidently embarks on her own musical mission, we eagerly anticipate her debut as a solo artist.
